Bessie started as a first-floor CNA and was named Employee of the Quarter within months. Today she’s our Administrative Service Director. Lauren joined as a CNA, built a decade of experience, and became our dedicated Medicaid Coordinator. When you grow with Evergreen, you really grow.
Robin doesn’t just run the kitchen — she asks residents what they want to eat, hosts holiday parties to make sure everyone feels celebrated, and steps into every position to make sure no one goes hungry or unnoticed. That spirit lives in every corner of this community.
