Choose from cozy studio apartments (331 sq ft), comfortable one-bedroom apartments (387 sq ft), or spacious two-bedroom apartments (627 sq ft with three different layout options) — perfect for couples or anyone who loves a little extra room for guests.

Every apartment is completely private with its own full bathroom, kitchenette, walk-in shower, and plenty of space to make it yours.

And if you're not quite ready to commit long-term, we have two fully furnished respite apartments for short stays of 3 to 60 days.

Our respite apartments are fully furnished and ready to go for short-term stays, so those are plug-and-play from day one!

So. Many. Things. Our Activity Director has been with Evergreen since January 2012 and holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Illinois State University — so programming here is thoughtful, fun, and genuinely built around what residents love.

We partner with ISU's Music Therapy and Therapeutic Recreation programs, and resident-led groups like the Senior Chimers bell choir, Men's Club, and Welcome Committee keep things lively year-round.

Signature traditions like the annual Ice Cream Social and Holiday Open House are highlights everyone looks forward to.

Our maintenance team will happily hang anything on the walls so you don't have to lift a finger. The goal is simple: by move-in day, your apartment should feel less like a new place and more like your own little corner of the world.

Yes — and they're built right in, not bolted on as an afterthought!

Every apartment comes with walk-in showers with no step-over threshold, grab bars in bathrooms and showers, emergency call systems so help is always within reach, and wide doorways that make moving around easy.

These features are standard in every apartment — because everyone deserves to feel safe and confident at home, not just some residents.

Yes! Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are all available right here in our community — no stressful trips to outside appointments needed.

Therapists work hand-in-hand with our nursing team and families to build personalized plans that help residents stay strong, mobile, and feeling their best.

Having therapy right here at home makes an enormous difference, and our residents will tell you exactly that!

They sure do! Dr. Lau visits and rounds monthly, and a Nurse Practitioner visits weekly to keep up with residents' ongoing health needs.

That means consistent, proactive medical support without the hassle of frequent outside appointments. And our nursing team is here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for anything that comes up in between.

Families love knowing that level of care is always close at hand!

We work really hard to make move-in day feel like a celebration, not just a transition! Before you arrive, our Wellness Director meets with you and your family to complete a care assessment and build a personalized care plan — so everything is already in place when you walk through the door.

On move-in day, our maintenance team helps arrange furniture and hang personal items, and our Welcome Committee — longtime residents who greet newcomers and make sure no one settles in alone — will be right there to say hello.

We also offer respite stays (3–60 days in a fully furnished apartment) for families who want to experience the community before making a permanent move.

Should they choose, our nursing team provides full medication management as part of every resident's care plan, with careful oversight and consistent reminders to make sure every dose is right, every time. We also proudly partner with Green Tree Pharmacy to offer accurate and reliable medication coordination.

For families, it's one of the biggest sources of peace of mind.

For residents, it's one less thing to think about so they can focus on enjoying their day!

Evergreen Senior Living is closely connected to our sister community, Evergreen Senior Living in Normal off Raab, which is the ONLY Medicaid and Supportive Living community in all of McLean County.
